As managing partner of the Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall, Mr. Marshall has been defending individuals charged with DWI offenses throughout NJ for over twenty years. This experience, which has included years of prosecution in various municipalities, has driven Mr. Marshall to be certified in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and to become one of only approximately fifty attorneys in the state certified in the maintenance and operation of the Alcotest 7110, the test that is used by the state to measure BAC. Mr. Marshall is also one of an estimated five attorneys in New Jersey who is a certified instructor in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing.
